Our origin

We built FindHarmony
because we lived the problem.

FindHarmony.ai is a product from Huddle Up, that has spent over a decade placing SLPs, OTs, psychologists and LCSWs, inside schools, hospitals, universities, and practices across the United States.

Over those ten years and more than a million therapy sessions, our team saw the same pattern repeat: schools waiting months to fill roles, candidates burned out by agencies that treated them like placements, and no platform that actually optimized for efficient and cost effective hiring that lands the right person in the right role.

FindHarmony was built to solve those specific problems. Not with a generic job board. Those days are soon to be behind us. But rather, with an AI-powered matching platform built by a team that understands hiring challenges first hand.

Founded as DotCom Therapy
From one school district in Alaska to thousands nationwide.
What started as virtual speech therapy for a remote school district in Alaska grew into Huddle Up, a comprehensive allied health platform serving nearly 1,000 school districts across all 50 states. In 2024 the company rebranded to Huddle Up and launched FindHarmony to solve the hiring side of the equation it had spent a decade understanding firsthand.
