FindHarmony.ai is operated by Huddle Up Care, Inc. and connects schools, districts, and healthcare employers with credentialed candidates across three tracks: clinical (allied health and behavioral health), classroom (educators), and leadership (school administrators). 2. Information We Collect
Candidate profiles: Name, contact information, professional credential or license numbers, certifications, work history, preferred settings, availability, and role-specific qualifications (including grade band preferences, subject focus, and culture priorities for educators; leadership scope and turnaround experience for administrators).
Employer accounts: Organization name, billing contact, authorized representative information, job posting details, and subscription information.
Communications: Messages sent through in-platform messaging, interview scheduling activity, and correspondence with our support team.
Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and referring URLs - used for platform security and service improvement.
From third parties: State licensing boards, state education agencies, and certification body data used solely to verify candidate credentials.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Operate the platform and facilitate matches between candidates and employers
- Verify candidate credentials and maintain the integrity of the marketplace
- Generate match scores using our AI matching algorithm
- Enable in-platform communication, interview scheduling, and offer workflows
- Send platform notifications, account updates, and match alerts
- Process payments and manage employer subscriptions
- Improve our matching algorithm using aggregated, anonymized data
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We may display relevant professional content, sponsored listings, or partner promotions on the Platform. Your personal information is not sold to unaffiliated third parties for their independent advertising purposes.
4. How We Share Information
With employers (about candidates): During review and interview stages, employers see your match score, role, credentials status, and fit rationale only. Your name, contact info, and credential number are not shared until a match is confirmed.
With candidates (about employers): Job descriptions, salary ranges, role-specific details (caseload for clinicians, class size and grade band for educators, scope and direct reports for leadership), and setting type. Employer contact names are shared only through in-platform messaging.
Service providers: Cloud hosting, payment processors, email delivery, and analytics tools - all contractually required to use your data only as directed.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or lawful government request.
We do not sell your personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws. Your data is never shared with data brokers for their independent use.
5. Candidate Privacy Protections
- Identity protection: Your name, contact details, and credential or license number are never visible to employers until a match is confirmed.
- Profile deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, processed per applicable law.
- Single verification: Your credential verification travels with your profile across all employer interactions.
- Survey confidentiality: Post-placement survey responses are kept confidential and used only in anonymized, aggregated form.
6. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us at security@findharmony.ai if you suspect unauthorized account use.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
