1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Candidate") and Huddle Up Care, Inc. ("Huddle Up"), the operator of FindHarmony.ai ("FindHarmony," "we," or "us"). By clicking "Accept and Go Live," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not activate your profile. Contact us at support@findharmony.ai with questions before accepting.

2. Eligibility and Account Accuracy

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • All profile information - including name, licensure, credentials, work experience, and education - is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • You hold each license listed, that each is currently active and any associated restrictions or disciplinary actions have been reflected accurately.
  • You will update your profile promptly if any information changes, particularly license status, expiration dates, or disciplinary actions.

Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant licensing authorities.

3. Credential Verification Consent

By submitting your state credential information (a teaching credential, administrative credential, or professional license, depending on your track), you expressly authorize FindHarmony to:

  • Verify your credential status, expiration date, and disciplinary history through official state licensing boards, education agencies, and primary source verification services.
  • Re-verify your credential at any time while your profile is active, including upon renewal periods or in response to an employer inquiry.
  • Notify you of any discrepancy found during verification and, if unresolved, suspend your profile pending clarification.

Verification results are kept confidential. Employers are only informed of your verification status - Verified, Pending, or Flagged - never of the underlying records.

4. How Your Profile Is Used

FindHarmony uses your profile data to match you with employers seeking candidates with your qualifications, availability, and preferences.

  • Anonymity before you accept a match: Your legal name, contact information, home address, and credential or license number are never visible to employers until after a match is confirmed by you.
  • Matching algorithm: Your compensation preferences, work environment selections, and role-specific preferences (caseload for clinicians, class size and grade band for educators, scope and direct reports for leadership) are used exclusively for filtering and ranking. These are never disclosed to employers.
  • Profile visibility: Once active, your profile is eligible for matching but not visible to employers on the platform until a match is accepted by you. You may pause or deactivate your profile at any time from your dashboard which would remove you from further matches while in this status.
  • Interview scheduling: When both you and an employer express mutual interest, FindHarmony may facilitate scheduling of an interview.
5. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of FindHarmony.ai is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes in detail how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Broad data use rights. Huddle Up Care, Inc. may use your information for any lawful business purpose as described in the Privacy Policy, including to operate FindHarmony.ai and to provide, improve, and develop services offered by Huddle Up Care, Inc. and its affiliates.
  • Internal sharing. Your information may be shared within Huddle Up Care, Inc. and its subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates without restriction for any lawful business purpose. Sharing within Huddle Up Care, Inc. is not considered a disclosure to a third party.
  • No sale of personal information. Huddle Up Care, Inc. does not sell your personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws. Statutory opt-out rights (including CCPA Do Not Sell/Share) are described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Employer access is limited. As described in Section 4, employers can only see your anonymized profile until you accept a match. Your compensation preferences, role-specific preferences, and work environment selections are never disclosed to employers at any stage. Your contact information and credential number are only shared after a match is confirmed by you.
  • Security. FindHarmony.ai implements commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. Access to your personal information is limited to personnel who require it to provide platform services.
  • Legal disclosures. FindHarmony.ai may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a governmental authority. Where permitted, we will notify you before making such a disclosure.

6. No Employment Guarantee

FindHarmony is a matching and recruitment platform, not a staffing agency or employer. We do not guarantee that you will receive any job offers, interviews, or employment. Match quality depends on your profile completeness, market demand, geographic availability, and employer needs at any given time.

Any employment relationship you enter through a match on FindHarmony is solely between you and the hiring employer. FindHarmony is not a party to any employment contract and bears no responsibility for the terms, conditions, or outcomes of any employment arrangement.

7. Candidate Fees

Fees, if any, for use of the platform by candidates are as displayed on the platform at the time of use. Currently, candidate access is free. Huddle Up Care, Inc. reserves the right to introduce, modify, or waive fees at any time. Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated through your account dashboard or via email before taking effect.

8. Communications Consent

By creating an account, you consent to receive:

  • SMS messages to your verified phone number, including verification codes, match notifications, interview reminders, and platform updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out of non-essential SMS at any time.
  • Email communications to your account address, including match summaries and account notices. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; transactional and security emails cannot be disabled while your account is active.
9. Professional Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for maintaining your professional credentials, certifications, and continuing education requirements. FindHarmony does not provide legal, clinical, educational, or professional compliance advice. Nothing in these Terms constitutes guidance on the scope of your professional practice.

You agree not to misrepresent your qualifications to any employer, to disclose any active disciplinary proceedings affecting your licensure, and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing your practice.

10. Intellectual Property and Profile Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to your profile. By submitting content, you grant Huddle Up Care, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and process your profile information to operate FindHarmony.ai and to provide, improve, and develop services offered by Huddle Up Care, Inc. and its affiliates. This license permits us to display your anonymized profile to employers, generate matches, facilitate communication, and present you with professional opportunities through FindHarmony.ai and other services operated by Huddle Up Care, Inc. This license ends when you delete your account. Anonymized and aggregated data derived from your use of the platform is the property of Huddle Up Care, Inc. and may be used without restriction for analytics, benchmarking, and any other lawful business purpose.

11. Account Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Deactivation removes your profile from employer search results immediately.

FindHarmony may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you: provide materially false information, violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your profile data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindHarmony's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed $100. FindHarmony is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost wages or employment opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The platform is provided "as is."

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English in Delaware. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

To initiate a dispute, contact support@findharmony.ai with a written description. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days before arbitration proceeds.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and display a dashboard notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of FindHarmony after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

FindHarmony.ai is operated by Huddle Up Care, Inc. and connects schools, districts, and healthcare employers with credentialed candidates across three tracks: clinical (allied health and behavioral health), classroom (educators), and leadership (school administrators). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. By using FindHarmony.ai you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Candidate profiles: Name, contact information, professional credential or license numbers, certifications, work history, preferred settings, availability, and role-specific qualifications (including grade band preferences, subject focus, and culture priorities for educators; leadership scope and turnaround experience for administrators).

Employer accounts: Organization name, billing contact, authorized representative information, job posting details, and subscription information.

Communications: Messages sent through in-platform messaging, interview scheduling activity, and correspondence with our support team.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and referring URLs - used for platform security and service improvement.

From third parties: State licensing boards, state education agencies, and certification body data used solely to verify candidate credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate the platform and facilitate matches between candidates and employers
  • Verify candidate credentials and maintain the integrity of the marketplace
  • Generate match scores using our AI matching algorithm
  • Enable in-platform communication, interview scheduling, and offer workflows
  • Send platform notifications, account updates, and match alerts
  • Process payments and manage employer subscriptions
  • Improve our matching algorithm using aggregated, anonymized data
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations
We may display relevant professional content, sponsored listings, or partner promotions on the Platform. Your personal information is not sold to unaffiliated third parties for their independent advertising purposes.

4. How We Share Information

With employers (about candidates): During review and interview stages, employers see your match score, role, credentials status, and fit rationale only. Your name, contact info, and credential number are not shared until a match is confirmed.

With candidates (about employers): Job descriptions, salary ranges, role-specific details (caseload for clinicians, class size and grade band for educators, scope and direct reports for leadership), and setting type. Employer contact names are shared only through in-platform messaging.

Service providers: Cloud hosting, payment processors, email delivery, and analytics tools - all contractually required to use your data only as directed.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or lawful government request.

We do not sell your personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws. Your data is never shared with data brokers for their independent use.

5. Candidate Privacy Protections

  • Identity protection: Your name, contact details, and credential or license number are never visible to employers until a match is confirmed.
  • Profile deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, processed per applicable law.
  • Single verification: Your credential verification travels with your profile across all employer interactions.
  • Survey confidentiality: Post-placement survey responses are kept confidential and used only in anonymized, aggregated form.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us at security@findharmony.ai if you suspect unauthorized account use.

7. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Opt-out of marketing emails: Unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.

8. Cookies and Tracking

FindHarmony.ai is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Contact privacy@findharmony.ai immediately if you believe we have collected information from a minor.
